SEMINAR: INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE - THE MISSING INGREDIENT

This seminar is built on the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a scientifically validated cross-cultural assessment that measures an individual or organization’s level of intercultural competence. Through our IDI offerings, you will gain insights into your specific intercultural competence level, understand the role it takes in diversity and inclusion efforts, and identify clear targets for growth.

By the end of this seminar, participants will have the foundational tools and personalized data to engage with cultural competence on a deeper level. Participants complete an online IDI assessment in advance.
