Rachel Mannhalter

With over 10 years of experience in leadership, learning, and organizational development, Rachel is passionate about growing individuals into courageous, ethical, and impactful leaders. Her background spans a variety of industries including the non-profit sector, finance, and higher education, where she designed and led employee development programs and employee engagement initiatives, co-led culture change, facilitated team development workshops, and provided leadership coaching. She particularly enjoys assisting organizations and leaders in addressing what she sees as two of the major challenges in organizational health- proactively developing and empowering their leaders and being intentional in organizational culture design. Central to Rachel’s work is her personal mission of helping others tap into their full potential by strategically identifying and developing key skill sets and strengths that allow them to be more effective in their roles.
Rachel holds a BS in Human Resources, an MSc in Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, and certifications in the EQ-I 2.0® and Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®). She also holds Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) and SHRM-CP® certifications and is a certified executive coach through the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute.

Currently serving as an Organizational Development Specialist in the Energy Industry, Jesse brings a wealth of experience to leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jesse is the child of immigrants from Mexico as well as a first-generation college student. He has been heavily involved with college access programs such as Upward Bound as both a student and a staff member. He also had the opportunity to serve in the United State Peace Corps from 2005 to 2007 as a teacher resource in the country of South Africa. His experience at South Dakota State University as the Minority Student Recruiter has given him insight on recruiting students of color. Jesse earned his BA in Biology with a minor in Physics from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Jesse also holds a M.Ed. in Student Affairs Administration from South Dakota State University where he emphasized student racial and cultural identity development. Jesse is certified in administering the EQ-i2.0, a tool used to measure emotional intelligence as well as a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), which measures cultural competence.
Jesse is originally from Colorado and misses seeing mountains. However, he has come to appreciate the beauty and overall accessibility of the Black Hills. Although Jesse enjoys running, birding, and knitting, his true passion is spending time with his family. He enjoys hiking in the hills with his partner Emily and three children, Cecilia, Manny, Xavier as well as the family collie named Galena.

Alycia is a quote-loving consultant with over a decade of education and experience in emotional intelligence and personal and professional development training. A mom of five (and wife of Nick) she stays busy homeschooling, attempting to read books, going off-roading, and wrangling her four dogs.
Alycia is certified in both the EQ-i2.0 and IDI assessments and uses them with college students as well as community and business leaders. She is passionate about using assessment tools, conversational coaching, and other resources to help people pursue their passions and reach their personal and professional goals.
